Chapter 3-"Feeling Frequencies"

When we wake up each morning, we are standing at the tipping point of our day. One way steps us into a wonderful day filled with good things, and the other way tips us into a day filled with problems. We are the one who determines what our day will be-by the way that we feel! Whatever our feeling is what we are giving, and that is exactly what we will receive back in our day, surrounding us wherever we go.

As we begin our day and we are feeling happy, while we keep feeling happy, our day will be great! But if we begin our day in a bad mood, and we do nothing to change it, our day won't be great at all.

When we change the way we feel about a situation, we are giving a different feeling, we are on a different feeling frequency, and the situation must change to our frequency. If something negative has happened in our life, we can change it. It is never too late, because we can always change the way we feel.

One day of good feelings not only changes our day, it changes our tomorrow, and our life! Provided we maintain our good feelings and we go to sleep feeling good, we begin the next day with a momentum of good feelings. And so it continues day after day, and our life gets better and better.
